Taylor Swift gave he Eras tour team a huge bonus for their hard work.
In Swift’s Disney+ The End of an Era six-part documentary series, Taylor surprised her Eras tour team with a generous gift.
During one of the episodes, Swift gathered her team and handed each individual an envelope with the bonus amount she was giving them.
“Everyone has the same message on their card. I was hoping you would open it.” Taylor told her crew.
According to PEOPLE, Swift has handed out $197 million worth of bonuses throughout the two years she was on the Eras tour.

Over the past two years, Swift gave out $197 million in bonuses to everyone working on her tour — including truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists and video team — PEOPLE confirms.

One of Swift’s staffers was so stunned by the bonus that she nearly had an anxiety attack.

One of the staffers revealed that she had received a $100k bonus from Swift.
A crew member from “The Eras Tour” shared the handwritten letter Taylor Swift sent him when delivering his 2023 bonus:

Thank You for you superb work on the U.S. leg of The Eras Tour!! Your well-deserved bonus is $100,000.
