Taylor Swift is one of the fittest athletes on planet earth and her fans, the Swifties, think the Kansas City Chiefs might want to line her up on defense against the Philadelphia Eagles at the Super Bowl on Sunday. She has quad muscles that rival the starting running back for her boyfriend’s upcoming opponent!
Saquon Barkley better look out because he has some competition.
Swift wrapped up her legendary ‘Eras Tour’ at the end of December after more than 20 months of on and off travel around the globe. It appears as though she has stayed just as busy in the gym over the last few weeks, even through the holiday season, because she showed up to the GRAMMYs looking fit.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows typically ran about three hours and 15 minutes. They featured anywhere between 44-46 songs that were grouped into 10 acts. There was no downtime. The world’s biggest pop star was singing and dancing for more than three hours a night without a break for 152 nights.
Taylor Swift is an elite athlete whether you are willing to admit it or not. Her trainer, Kirk Myers, had her in the gym as many as six days a week for up to two hours a day.
We approached her training for the Era’s Tour with the mindset like a professional athlete. There was an “off-season” when she wasn’t touring and “in-season” when she was.

The focus was on stability, mobility, biomechanics, strength and conditioning. They also targeted her core. She did cardio on her own, which included running on the treadmill every single day while singing the entire setlist out loud.
If you’ve seen the show, you know how intense it is physically. Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to the gym. That’s Taylor.

Although the Eras Tour is over, Swift has not cut back on her workouts. She continues to put in that work.
Taylor Swift’s legs are shredded!
The 35-year-old arrived to the GRAMMYs in a sparkling red dress on Sunday. Perhaps it was an homage to Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of Super Bowl LIX. Perhaps it was just a look.
Either way, her legs were the star of the show.

Her muscles were popping.

Swifties took note of their fearless leader’s quads and calves. They even suggested that she could suit up for Kansas City’s defense to stop Saquon Barkley at the Super Bowl.
well someone gotta stop saquon this sunday

Barkley is affectionately known as “SaQuads” because his legs are tree trunks.
He might have the strongest quads in the league.
This play by Saquon was the definition of grown man strength 💪 @saquon @Giants pic.twitter.com/pwf48Vddt6

What if the Chiefs put Taylor Swift in the B gap? How many tries would it take for her to stop the best running back in the NFL this season? She has the lower body strength to at least slow him down!
