The Houston Texans officially hired Demeco Ryans to be their new head coach. This is an exciting time for the fans as things are finally starting to look up.
Now, former teammate JJ Watt shares his reaction to Ryans winning the job and it has fans asking him one question.
Watt hit social media soon after Ryans was announced as the new head coach of the Texans. He had nothing but nice things to say as he congratulated his former teammate.
LET’S GOOOOOOO!!!!!!
You want to reenergize and reignite the incredible Houston fan base, this is a hell of a start!!
Cannot wait to see what Meco does.
One of the best teammates & leaders I’ve ever been around. #HTown

Even so, Texans fans dove into the mentions asking if he’d join the coaching staff. Considering JJ Watt is officially retired, maybe coaching is in his future. However, he hasn’t said anything about becoming a coach, so it’s hard to know what his next plans are after retirement. Regardless, fans are asking anyway.
LET’S GO!!!! You coming back?

Would JJ Watt make a good defensive coordinator?

This could possibly lead to Texans fans stirring up rumors throughout the offseason.

For now, there are no indications that Watt plans to coach. If he is interested, we’re sure plenty of teams would be interested in giving him a shot.
