Texas A&M running back Le’Veon Moss was arrested by College Station police and charged with disorderly conduct around 1 am on Sunday morning.
The ball carrier didn’t seem all that concerned with the legal run-in. His mugshot is now going viral on social media.
Moss is entering Year 4 with the Aggies after rushing for 765 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior. He’s expected to be a major contributor in the backfield after having his 2024 campaign cut short by injury after nine games.
Now, he may face potential punishment causing his 2025 debut to be delayed. Moss’s misstep will be handled internally according to head coach Mike Elko. Whether it results in a suspension is yet to be seen.
Le’Veon Moss’s arrest comes at bad time for the Aggies. The team is just six weeks away from a season-opening matchup against UTSA. They’re exactly two months out from a matchup with Notre Dame.
Will the incident impact the running back’s status for any of those early season matchups? Time will tell. Moss didn’t seem too worried about the repercussions.
