Converse Judson offensive lineman Jai’Storm Knight may be high school football’s largest player. That comes despite his being just a sophomore.
Storm is 15 years old, but he dwarfs his much older teammates. That size is attracting attention from notable college football programs around the country.
Who is Jai’Storm Knight?
The offensive lineman plays football at Judson in Converse, Texas. He is currently viewed as a Top 100 prospect in the 2028 recruiting class.
Knight boasts a four-star rating at 247 Sports. He is considered the 10th-best player at his position of offensive tackle.
Judson High isn’t near the top of the list of best Texas high school football programs, ranking 297th in the state while sitting at 2-4 on the season. Still, the Rockets are getting national publicity due to their enormous sophomore talent.
Knight is in just his second year of varsity football. He gained initial experience as a freshman and has been thrust into a starting role in 2025.
College coaches have taken note.
Knight boasts 20 offers from schools like Auburn, Florida, Nebraska, and Tennessee. In-state powers Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, TCU, and SMU have extended scholarships, too.
He’s on record calling Texas his “favorite school,” though there is a way to go in his recruitment. Knight won’t enter his senior season for two more years. He won’t step foot on a college campus until 2028.
Production has played a role in his recruitment. Size and potential might be bigger factors.

Judson will look to end its season with a strong finish. They’ll hope for a big boost from their giant tackle.
Knight’s offer list should only grow over the next two years. His recruitment will be a fun one to follow.
