WWE legend Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri, better known as The Iron Sheik has passed away at 81 on Wednesday.
The Iron Sheik’s official Twitter account broke the news this afternoon.

The Iron Sheik was a mainstay in the 80s and 90s wrestling and became famous with his feuds with Hulk Hogan.
After his passing, many WWE wrestlers, past and present, paid their respects.
