Tiger Woods is not allowed to drive President Donald Trump or any of his children or grandchildren. That role belongs only to the Secret Service.

The family is grateful that he did not injure himself or anyone around him.

However, this latest DUI arrest confirms the need for the Tiger Woods driving ban. What if one of the kids was in the car with him?!

Tiger Woods is dating Donald Trump’s ex-daughter-in-law.

Rumors started to swirl about a high-profile relationship between Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump at the beginning of 2025. The former confirmed that he is dating the latter with a post on Instagram in March.

Vanessa Trump is the ex-wife of President Trump’s oldest child, Donald Trump Jr. They married in 2005 and had five children together during their 13 years of marriage.

  • Kai Trump — 18
  • Donald J. Trump III — 17
  • Tristan Trump — 14
  • Spencer Trump — 13
  • Chloe Trump — 11

Although Vanessa and Don Jr. are no longer together, as of their divorce 2018, they remain amicable in their co-parenting. She is still around the President and his family often. Her kids are his grandkids.

Thus, by nature of his current romantic relationship, Woods is also around the Trump family.

The 45th and 47th President of the United States called him an “amazing person” and a “really close friend” after his latest car crash and subsequent arrest for DUI. He also said Woods “has some difficulty.”

Vanessa was not quite as gracious to her boyfriend in wake of his wreck. She is reportedly furious with Tiger Woods and wants him to “get things under control.” I don’t blame her. It’s not good.

Vanessa Trump’s boyfriend is not allowed to drive any of her kids.

Fortunately, neither Woods nor the driver in the other car were injured in the wreck on Friday. Nor were any bystanders or passengers.

Woods was driving alone when he flipped his vehicle. Nobody was in the car with him.

According to Geoff Earle, the Trump family was relieved that Kai, Don III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe were not riding with Woods at the time of the crash. The Secret Service does not allow him to drive them!

Agents are “certainly not letting Tiger Woods” drive any of the Trump children, a source told the New York Post. Even without the DUI.

Immediate members of the Trump family are protected by federal agents for as long as the patriarch is in office. They will also receive around-the-clock security for six months after he leaves office in 2029.

That includes a driver. Woods was banned from driving any of Vanessa Trump’s five children even before he got his second DUI in 10 years. His arrest on Friday reaffirms the need for that ban.
