A Tennessee Titans cheerleader called upon higher powers in an attempt to combat another dismal Will Levis performance on Sunday. In the end, those prayers went unanswered.
The Titans fell to the division rival Colts, 20-17, dropping Tennessee to 1-4 on the year. Quarterback play was a major issue in that most recent loss.
Levis completed 16 of his 27 passes for a grand total of 95 yards. An interception late in the fourth quarter effectively sealed the team’s fate.
The offense struggled to consistently move the football, logging just 241 yards on the afternoon. While some damage was done on the ground, the passing game largely prevented the team from picking up its second victory.
Levis recorded his fourth game in five tries with less than 200 yards passing, though it’s worth noting that he was coming off an injury in his return against the Colts.
He admitted that he wasn’t 100% after the fact, and his play had supporters exploring every avenue imaginable as they hoped to pull out the win.
At one point in the action, Will Levis was seen poorly underthrowing a pass to his intended target as Tennessee looked to find the endzone.
The pass was nearly intercepted, but luckily fell harmlessly to the ground.

The male squad member was seen signing a cross across his body after seeing the ball hit the turf. The Titans needed all the help they could get!
Unfortunately, it wouldn’t lead to a positive outcome.
Though they entered the fourth quarter with a seven-point advantage, Tennessee was outscored 10-0 over the final 15 minutes of play to fall by a field goal.
With the loss, the Titans find themselves in the cellar of the NFC South standings alongside the 1-5 Jacksonville Jaguars. Hopefully, Levis can get healthy in the coming weeks to help lead a turnaround effort in Music City.
