It’s been a roller coaster of an offseason for the Tennessee Titans as rumors have been running rampant through the organization.
The franchise made a big move that made the fanbase incredibly happy, after extending star defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to a four-year $94 million deal.
On Wednesday, Simmons spoke to the media in a press conference to discuss his new contract.
The Titans star defensive tackle got incredibly emotional, as he was moved to tears talking about growing up to where he is now.

Is dust in your eyes too? The Titans clearly have a good one on the roster, as he is clearly grateful for the opportunity in front of him.
This is the exact type of player you want your favorite team to sign. The guy is one of the most hardworking players in the NFL. For that reason, he’s become one of the premier interior defensive linemen in the league.
Titans fans are obviously happy to have this guy on the roster for the long haul.

Tennessee still has some work to do to bring the rest of the roster to a championship level.
The NFL Draft should be interesting for this team. But for now, Titans fans are rejoicing to having Big Jeff on the team for the long haul.
