It looks like the Titans are preparing to start rookie Will Levis this Sunday against the Falcons, according to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport.
Coach Mike Vrabel revealed that, with Ryan Tannehill nursing an ankle injury, both Levis and second-year quarterback Malik Willis will play, but now Rapoport says Levis is set to start and be the “primary quarterback” for the Week 8 game.

Levis, a second-round pick in this year’s draft, hasn’t seen any action yet this season and is expected to get the lion’s share of the snaps.
Although his preseason performance had its ups and downs, it’s no shocker they want to see what the rookie can bring to the table, especially with the Titans sitting at 2-4 for the season.
Levis, initially seen as a potential top-five draft pick leading up to the 2023 NFL Draft, but fall down and landed in the Titans’ lap in the second round, and now he’s got a shot to prove himself in the pro level.
