Tom Brady’s Awkward Interview During Michigan-Texas Game Does Not Bode Well For His NFL Broadcast Debut

Fox Sports

Tom Brady is officially calling his first NFL game on Sunday, and it still seems like he needs some work to do in the booth.

This season, Brady will take over for Greg Olsen in the broadcast booth after signing a massive 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox Sports.

On Saturday Fox brought out Brady during halftime of the Michigan-Texas game to speak with veteran broadcaster Joel Klatt.

Unfortunately for Fox, the interview ended with an extremely awkward moment when Klatt praised Brady for getting the booth, but Brady didn’t respond, and they ended up cutting back to the game.

Fans reacted to Brady’s awkward interview with Klatt.

“If this is what we have to expect from Tom and the booth, it’s going to be a disaster.” commented one fan.

“Tom Brady was an awkward interview. Too many random pauses. Looked like a glitch in the matrix.Hopefully just nerves and won’t translate to the game tomorrow.” said another fan.

Brady will make his Fox NFL broadcast debut with the Cowboys-Browns game Sunday in Cleveland.
