Tom Brady became a minority owner in the Las Vegas Raiders this week as he continues to find new ways to stay involved in the NFL. After a 22-year playing career, he’ll now hold a 5% stake in a pro franchise while continuing his role in the broadcast booth.

A new report suggests he already knows what his first order of business will be. He wants to bring his old head coach to Sin City!

Kirk Minihane said that he’s heard from multiple sources within the New England Patriots organization that getting Bill Belichick back on the sidelines is a top priority.

He wants the Raiders to be his next employer.

How much truth is there to the report? That’s not known. Tom Brady might not have that kind of influence with his minority ownership.

Then again, this is the greatest quarterback of all time, who played for arguably the greatest dynasty of all time.

His opinion matters!

Bill Belichick was the other half of the Patriots’ two-headed monster as the duo won six Super Bowl titles together in Foxborough. Could they soon establish dominance with an AFC rival?

Las Vegas would certainly welcome the success, and it has plenty of familiarity with the Brady, Belichick partnership.

In 2001, the Patriots eliminated the Raiders from the playoffs in the infamous “Tuck Rule” game. Since, Las Vegas has been to the postseason just three times. Two of those seasons ended in the wildcard round.

On the flip side, the team just hired Antonio Pierce as head coach, though he’s 2-4 in Year 1. Even with a losing season, it seems too early to fire a leader beloved by most of his players.

We also don’t know if Belichick has any interest in returning to the sidelines. He seems to be doing fine away from football.

Bill Belichick to the Raiders remains a rumor at this point. It’s hearsay. That hasn’t stopped fans from running with the speculation on social media!

“This would be a BIG move for the Raiders.”

“That would be the ultimate reunion.”

“These two are going to torture the league forever.”

Will it come to fruition? Time will tell! If anything, it should tell us that Brady plans to be plenty involved in the decision making of his new NFL franchise.
