Being Tom Brady’s son apparently means that you get sent a ton of motivational quotes on Instagram.
On Wednesday, Instagram released a new episode of their “Carversations” series, where well-known parents have candid conversations with their teens about growing up in a social-media-focused world.
The latest episode features Tom Brady and his 16-year-old son, Benny, discussing how the different ways they use Instagram. During the episode, Benny hilariously pointed out the fact that his QB father loves to send him motivational quotes all the time, while he likes to send funny videos.
Benny: “You send the most motivational stuff, it’s like crazy.”
Tom: “I try to send motivational stuff to you and Jack, especially.
Benny: “I send like such stupid, funny videos, and you’ll send the most stoic quotes.”
Tom: “Yeah, there was a Tom and Jerry post that I put on my story.”
Benny “Oh, that”
Tom went on to explain why it’s important for him to send his sons motivational quotes.
“I think it’s funny to send you goofy stuff on occasion, but for the most part if I’m going to share stuff with you, I want you to look at it, and see real value in it, like man, why did dad send me that?”
