Turning Point USA’s All-American halftime show received over 5 million live concurrent viewers on YouTube.

Last week, Erika Kirk’s TPUSA announced that Kid Rock would headline their alternative halftime show, which would air opposite Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show.

“The All-American Halftime Show is an opportunity for all Americans to enjoy a halftime show with no agenda other than to celebrate faith, family, and freedom,” said Turning Point spokesman Andrew Kolvet in a press release. “We set out to provide an entertainment option that will be fun, excellent, and exciting for the entire family while millions are gathered together for the big game. These performers will deliver exactly that, and we can’t wait to watch the incredible show they’re about to put on. We know millions around the country will be watching too.”

Kid Rock spoke about why he decided to headline the alternative halftime show.

“Half this country is underserved entertainment-wise, and just being a good capitalist, I want to give the people what they want, so if people don’t want to tune in to what’s going on there, and they want an option.”

“We’re simply gonna go play some great songs for our base. For people who love football, love America, and love Jesus.”

On Sunday, the All-American halftime show peaked at over 5 million viewers on YouTube while Bad Bunny played.

The Turning Point USA halftime show also aired on Rumble and several other outlets, which would increase the total viewership of the show.

While TPUSA’s numbers will look minuscule compared to the Super Bowl’s, they are still fairly impressive given how quickly they put the show together.
