Colorado struggled to a 4-8 season after a 3-0 start in the first year of Head Coach Deion Sanders’ tenure due in large part to poor play on the offensive line. Shedeur Sanders was sacked 73 times, and the team could not run the ball at all, no matter who the opponent was.

A big theme in this offseason for Colorado was trying to improve that offensive line to give time for Shedeur Sanders to get the ball to great playmakers like two-way superstar Travis Hunter. But, if you ask Travis Hunter based on his experience playing EA Sports’ College Football 25′, that offensive line still isn’t very good.

EA Sports has been having big sports personalities playing games of the most-anticipated sports video game in years play games on YouTube in anticipation of the game coming out on Monday for those who paid for the early release. On Sunday, they had Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders square off.

Sanders blasted Travis Hunter, 56-14, but the biggest moment to come out of an exhibition of a video game came when Hunter took a big jab at the virtual version of the the Colorado offensive line after getting pressured and sacked.

If Travis Hunter is supposed to be a leader for the Buffs, he’s not doing a good job of it. Yeah, it’s a video game. But, when he says that the offensive line play being terrible is realistic, that’s pretty crappy to say the least.

In real life, the offensive line should be improved this year. Five-star freshman tackle Jordan Seaton leads a group of newcomers that are expected to come in and start or get a ton of snaps right away. Veteran transfers Khail Benson and Justin Myers are some other names that should see a ton of snaps for the Buffs.

Hopefully for Colorado fans, they make a big difference and improve a putrid offensive line group from last year.
