Travis Kelce has become one of the most popular players in the NFL after he started dating Taylor Swift but he did not get a warm welcome in Dallas over the weekend.
On Sunday night, Kelce and his teammate Patrick Mahomes made an appearance in Dallas for the Timberwolves-Mavs Western Conference playoff game.

During the game, Kelce was booed by the Dallas crowd while Mahomes, who played at Texas Tech was loudly cheered.

Kelce seemed surprised that he was gettined booed.

During a recent podcast interview, Kelce revealed that the Cowboys had once interviewed him during his NFL draft year, but things went bad fast.

“At the Combine, I had some bad interviews,” Travis shared. “The Cowboys, they were kind of pressing me about having this red flag of missing a year.”
“I don’t know if I was having a bad morning, I basically was just, I don’t even know if I want to say this,””It ended really fast. I basically just said, ‘If you guys think I’m gonna be that kind of guy or you’re questioning if I’m still that person after everything that I’ve battled through to get to where I am now, from missing a season, then you guys probably go somewhere else and pick somebody else”
Kelce would have probably been beloved in Dallas if he had been picked by the Cowboys in the draft instead of Chiefs.
