Now that Travis Kelce is dating Taylor Swift, the past and present of his life are about to be more scrutinized than ever before, especially considering how fervent the “Swifties” are in their support of the pop star.
Over the last few days, for example — it’s actually surprising it’s taken this long — Kelce’s tweets from a decade-or-so ago have been dug up, and for perhaps the first time ever, not a single cancellable statement has been found.
Most of his tweets, in one way or another, have to do with food (to be clear, the yellow numbers are to indicate that those are separate tweets — I just put them in a collage for you).
In fact, Kelce’s tweets are so benign that they’ve turned into a meme.
“every Travis Kelce tweet is like dam! dinner tastes awsome when your hurngy! but it makes u so full,” joked one person in a tweet that’s racked up over 38,000 likes.
“travis kelce is experiencing the most positive possible version of the internet digging up your tweets from 2011,” said another that’s got over 7,000 likes.

According to reports, not only is Swift set to be in attendance for this week’s Monday Night Football game between the Kansas City Cheifs and the Philadelphia Eagles, but her family will apparently be meeting Kelce’s.
The MNF matchup between the Chiefs and Eagles will be a rematch of last season’s Super Bowl, which saw the Eagles — partially captained by Travis’ older brother Jason — fall to the Chiefs by a score of 38-35, giving Travis the second Super Bowl title of his career.
Swift being at the game will certainly be good news for Kelce and Chiefs fans, as the future Hall of Fame tight end has performed markedly better this season when Swift is in attendance (seriously, the stats back it up).
