Ole Miss QB Trinidad Chambliss is explaining his decision to stay at Ole Miss.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Chambliss had signed a new deal with the Rebels instead of following his former head coach, Lane Kiffin, to LSU.

On Tuesday, during an interview, Chambliss explained his decision to stay at Ole Miss rather than join Kiffin at LSU.
‘At the end of the day, I just made the right decision and that was to stick with my gut. Ole Miss has been good to me. I feel like I owe it to Ole Miss. … That was the right choice.”

Chambliss later wrote a thank-you letter to Ole Miss after announcing his intention to return to the school.
“From the moment I arrived at Ole Miss, Oxford has truly felt like home for me and my family. I give all glory and honor to God for His guidance and faithfulness throughout this journey. This season has meant so much to me, especially because of the brothers I get to line up with every day and the unwavering love and support of the Oxford community.”
