Tua Tagovailoa’s time in Miami seems to be coming to an end.
Last week, Tagovailoa went viral when he threw his teammates under the bus for not being on time during team meetings.
“We have guys showing up to players-only meetings late, guys not showing up to players-only meetings,” he said. “There’s a lot that goes into that. Do we have to make this mandatory? Do we not have to make this mandatory?
“It’s a lot of things of that nature that we’ve got to get cleaned up, and it starts with little things like that.”
Unfortunately for Tagovailoa, the team didn’t seem to appreciate his comments, and he continued to play poorly on the field on Sunday.

Things got so bad for Tua that he got benched for Quinn Ewers midway through the fourth quarter.

Ewers immediately completed a long pass play to wide receiver Dee Eskridge.

It’s unclear what the Dolphins are going to do with Tagovailoa going forward, but it’s probably best if he sits on the bench for a few weeks.
