Tyson Fury is drawing criticism for his postfight comments after his loss to Oleksandr Usyk.
The major turning point in Saturday’s undisputed heavyweight fight came in the ninth round when Usyk nearly stopped Fury and scored a big knockdown to end the round.

Many pundits felt Usyk had done enough to win the fight, and he judges scored the fight a split decision win in Usyk’s favor.

After the fight, Fury said he believed he had won the fight and went on to claim that the judges felt bad for the Ukranian Usyk because Ukraine is currently at war with Russia.
“His country is at war so people are siding with someone whose country is at war. I won that fight.”
