Travis Hunter is set to get married in 2025, about a month after he becomes a first round NFL Draft pick. He proposed to his fiancée in February of this year. They two have been together for about three years, now.
That relationship dates back to his time at Jackson State. Even then, Hunter seemed to know that he’d marry his significant other.
A video of his time at the university has resurfaced showing the Heisman trophy winner speaking to Deion Sanders about his then-girlfriend. His head coach can be heard joking about a prenup in the clip.
Sanders has experience in relationships ending. He’s twice been divorced, most recently with Pilar Biggers-Sanders, the mother of his football sons Shedeur and Shilo. He was seen hilariously swerving his ex at Colorado’s Senior Day ceremony before the Buffs’ final home game.
Being as high profile as Coach Prime, those breakups can often get messy due to money. Travis Hunter is already on that national stage, and his bank account is set to grow with his upcoming draft selection.
The Colorado star’s relationship has been put under the microscope of late due to a pair of awkward interactions. After the Buffs’ 52-0 win over Oklahoma State, the couple appeared to be arguing on the sidelines. A few weeks later at the Heisman ceremony, she seemed to be pouting about attention her significant other was receiving.

Hunter insists that there’s no issue in the relationship. Unfortunately, he says, the attacks that his fiancée is currently receiving have caused pain.
This prenup video resurfaced largely due to the recent attention the relationship is getting.
