We now know why Chennedy Carter was angry with Caitlin Clark.
On Saturday afternoon, Carter lost her cool and appeared to shove Clark out of nowhere in the third quarter of the Sky-Fever game.

After the game, Clark criticized Carter over the incident.
“Yeah, that’s just not a basketball play,” Clark said. “But you know I’ve gotta play through it, that’s what basketball is about at this level. I thought we’ve been really physical, we’ve missed some bunnies around the rim, so hopefully those fall in the fourth.”
Carter refused to speak to the media about Clark when asked about what happened.

Fans are now calling on Carter to be suspended over the shove, but it’s unclear how the WNBA will react to the incident.
