In the four games he’s been in this season, Marcus has managed to record two. But with this ankle issue looming, his future looks uncertain.
Rapoport added that Marcus could be chilling on injured reserve for at least four games.

Marcus Davenport, the former first-round pick of the Saints in the 2018 Draft, hopped aboard the Viking ship with a one-year, $13 million deal back in March. It’s been a rocky start for him in Minnesota, and this ankle sprain surely doesn’t make it any smoother.
The Vikings are currently sitting at a not-so-impressive 2-4 record. Playoffs might seem like a distant dream right now, and losing a player of Davenport’s caliber won’t exactly make that dream any closer.
