Over the weekend during Villanova’s upsetto NC State we met the Roxanne Chalifoux the ‘crying Villanova piccolo player” who became an internet meme overnight.
The guys over at the “Tonight Show” reached out to Chalifoux and let her sit in with “The Roots” and play her piccolo during tonight’s show. Fallon also surprised her with free tickets to go see her favorite artist, Taylor Swift.
It’s really cool that there’s now a happy ending to the Piccolo girl’s story after seeing that heartbreaking image of her crying on loop over and over again.
