Former WWE employee Janel Grant is seeking medical records and communications between Dr. Carlon Colker and Vince McMahon in a new court filing.

Janel Grant is currently suing WWE, Vince McMahon and former WWE executive John Laurinaitis for sexual assault, harassment, trafficking, as well as other physical and emotional acts of abuse. Her lawsuit is one of the main reasons behind McMahon being forced out of WWE and the launch of a federal investigation.

She has accused Vince McMahon and other defendants in the lawsuit of a laundry list of alleged “depraved behavior.”

Now, Janel Grant is naming another name.

In a new court filing, Grant claims Vince McMahon sent her to a Dr. Carlon Colker, who treated her with unknown substances and who employed a physical therapist that participated in McMahon’s alleged sexual abuse.

The Wrap reports that according to a statement accompanying the court filing, “one instance in which McMahon defecated on Ms. Grant’s head and forced her to continue engaging in a sexual act with the Peak Wellness employee.”

She claims Dr. Colker was paid by Vince McMahon and the the former WWE CEO coerced her to schedule appointments with the doctor. Grant says Colker “repeatedly” medicated her, including through intravenous means.

“Imagine being at your most vulnerable, and the doctor you are told to see only makes you feel worse,” Grant’s attorney Ann Callis said in a statement.

“Our filing today makes clear that Dr . Colker violated ethical and medical standards when he injected unknown substances into Janel’s body and directed her to take unlabeled pills while dismissing her basic questions about those drugs.

“Peak Wellness owes Janel Grant answers and the clinic’s secrecy and evasion must come to an end.”

Grant’s legal team claims Colker and Peak Wellness have refused to provide Janel Grant’s full electronic, as well as paper, medical and billing records. They are seeking those records along with any correspondence between Colker and McMahon concerning Grant.

Dr. Colker and his clinic had previously only been identified in the lawsuit as “Celebrity Doctor” and “Alternative Clinic.”

Last month, Colker withdrew his complaint of defamation against Grant.

In a press conference held on Tuesday, Janel Grant’s attorney Ann Callis also claimed Dr. Carlon Colker was on Vince McMahon and WWE’s payroll.

Grant’s lawsuit is currently on hold at the request of the United States Department of Justice while they continue their investigation into the allegations against Vince McMahon.
