Watch This Surfer Shred HUGE Winter Swells At The Outer Banks, North Carolina During A Storm

The Outer Banks might not be the first place you think of when it comes to shredding ‘gnar in February (my money is on Hawaii), but the surf was too awesome for a handful of East Coast Bros to pass up. The massive winter storm that pounded the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast with a snow a few weeks ago brought some of the largest swells ever to OBX. Joey Dwyer filmed a squad of surfers riding the historic swells, complete with their jet ski tows in the cold, unforgiving surf.
