Running a marathon typically takes months if not years of preparation involving building up the necessary endurance and chiseling one’s body into immaculate shape capable of withstanding 26.2 miles. That process often includes eating on a very strict diet, hitting daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat goals, and not straying to indulge in fast food.

That’s for a normal marathon. But this mad lad from Wisconsin just ran a ‘Culver’s Marathon‘ challenge where he went running from Culver’s to Culver’s, eating cheese curds and concrete mixers, completing a 26.2-mile marathon distance run on his own.

This guy, Clay from Wisconsin, runs the Far Fetched Fitness page on TikTok and YouTube and has come out swinging with this video and a few others. But this one has started to go viral on TikTok so I wanted you all to see this man complete a ‘Culver’s Marathon’ 26.2-mile run while crushing cheese curds and concrete mixers.

To most people, the idea of running a marathon while eating fast food sounds like literal torture but not to a Wisconsinite where Culver’s is a way of life. And in his defense, I never leave Culver’s without getting the cheese curds. They are top notch.

This was the first time I had come across the Far Fetched Fitness page but Clay from Wisconsin seems like a glutton for punishment. At some point recently, he ran an 50K ultra-marathon (31.1 miles) and he did it around a roundabout. That’s it. He ran 31.1 miles in a circle around a roundabout. Again, literal torture.

I’m all for eating challenges and fitness challenges. I just completed a 100-day diet/body transformation challenge which I’ll write about at length here soon… But an ultra-marathon running around in circles? That’s cruel and unusual punishment on one’s self. There is no other way to describe that.

I would love to see this guy attempt the Cocodona 250 ultra-marathon and see what sort of peculiar challenge he could come up with tied to that.
