Woman’s Shadow Bears Slight Resemblance To Lionel Messi, Births My Favorite Piece Of Internet Content In Some Time

Conz Preti is an editor with BuzzFeed Espanol. She noticed the shadow her body cast in a recent photo looked a bit like international soccer superstar Lionel Messi.

She asked for confirmation on Twitter, and got it from many people, including Michael Katz of SB Nation, who wrote a blog post of his own on the shadow looking like Messi.

Here’s where things get crazy.

I then saw Katz’s piece about the unique shadow and crafted it into my own post.

So if you’re keeping score at home: I am writing a blog post about someone else’s blog post about another blogger’s shadow looking like a beloved member of Barcelona.

And you know what? I’ve never been more proud of my accomplishments.
