Former WWE and current Major League Wrestling (MLW) star Shotzi Blackheart says her older brother is missing following a car crash in San Francisco, California. Her brother, Dean Urbanski, 51, was last seen Tuesday afternoon at around 1:45 p.m.

The U.S. Park Police (USPP) reports that Urbanski was “notably wearing only one brown/tan slipper” when someone last saw him at Fort Mason. The USPP shared a photo of Urbanski’s with the public. It shows him wearing a black shirt, a gray or blue long-sleeve jacket, and what appear to be light blue pants. According to the USPP, Urbanski also has recognizable neck tattoos. KRON News reports someone saw him walking toward Bay and Laguna streets.

Shotzi Blackheart (real name: Ashley Urbanski) asked the public for help locating her brother in a social media post.

“My brother Deano is missing. His car was found crashed near Fort Mason/Marina District – San Francisco, and security footage shows him walking away from the vehicle afterward. He may be confused or disoriented. He is currently undergoing dialysis and is not himself, so we are very worried about his safety. If you see him PLEASE contact immediately: Detective Smith 415 561 5146. Please share this to help us find him.”

KRON News also asked anyone who sees Urbanski or has information on his location to contact the U.S. Park Police at 415-561-5505.

Who is Shotzi Blackheart, and how long was she in WWE?

The WWE did not extend Shotzi Blackheart’s contract after a six-year run, so she left the company in May of last year. She made her MLW debut the following June and went to win the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Indie Wrestler of the Year Award.

Earlier this week, she inked a new contract with MLW. She spoke to The Takedown On SI about her decision.

“I’ve been at every MLW taping since June,” Blackheart said. “They were one of the first companies to hit me up when my WWE contract ended, and it has turned into my favorite creative playground. It’s a company that truly believes in me.”

She added, “They’ve invested in me creatively. I’ve never had a company understand my character more than MLW. Every time I get a script, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, they understand me,’ or they make a T-shirt for me, and I’m like, ‘That’s so me.’”
