I’m not typically one to believe in curses…except when it comes to sports. When it comes to the wide world of sports I’m inclined to believe in every sort of sorcery, voodoo, and curse on the planet, and I believe the Yankees are cursed. As a fan of the Tampa Bay Rays, I’d just like to point out that we’ve also never won a World Series with a Republican in the White House. Sure, we’ve never won a WS with a Democrat in the White House either but that’s neither here nor there.
