Missouri Tigers defensive end Zion Young was caught on a hot mic during the coin toss before overtime. He made good on his promise!
It was an all-time moment during one of the best games of the year.
This will be the crowning moment of his college football career if the Tigers can make a run to the Playoff. They do not win on Saturday without Young.
The mic was hotter than the sun.
60 minutes was not enough time to determine a winner on the Plains. Auburn and Mizzou finished regulation tied at 17 which sent the game to overtime.
Captains for both teams gather a midfield before the extra period to determine who gets the ball.
Young is one of those captains for the visiting Tigers. The 6-foot-5, 262-pound senior plays an extremely important role both on the defense and in the locker room.
He immediately set the tone during the coin flip, which echoed throughout Jordan-Hare Stadium.
“LET’S F—— GO!”
Young talked his talk in front of 85,000+ fans and a large audience on SEC Network. It was savage.

He later won the game for the No. 16-ranked team in the country on 4th-and-8 in double overtime. Jackson Arnold was forced to throw the ball to his offensive lineman because of the pressure from Young.
