If you’re looking for a company that respects their employees and leads their organization to prosperity, you might want to get a job at a tech company. That’s because tech company leaders dominated Glassdoor’s list of Top CEOs in 2018. Heads of big-name companies such as Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Salesforce all had CEOs that made the top 20.

The best CEO according to Glassdoor is Eric S. Yuan from Zoom Video Communications, a video-conferencing startup. Yuan had a 99% CEO approval rating according to the job and recruiting website. Heads of major tech companies were found early and often in Glassdoor’s top 100 CEOs of 2018 list. Tech CEOs dominated the list with 10 of the top 20 company heads coming from the tech industry. There were 26 tech CEOs to make the list of 100, the most of any industry and twice as many as any other.

Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg was the 16th best CEO with a 96% approval rating. Zuck made the list for the sixth straight year, a feat only done by Salesforce’s Marc Benioff, with a 97% CEO approval rating; and Apple’s Tim Cook, with a 91% CEO approval rating. This has been quite the week for Zuckerberg who made a ton of money last week and is the wealthiest he’s ever been and primed to dethrone Warren Buffett and become the third-richest person on the planet.

The ratings for the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards of the top CEOs are based on anonymously submitted company reviews on the job-recruiting site from the last year. Here are the top 20 CEOs for 2018 and you can see the entire top 100 report over at Glassdoor.
