Ezekiel Elliott appeared to have himself quite a time at a St Patty’s party in Dallas this weekend.
While hanging out on the roof of a Dallas bar to watch the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, one female spectator stood next to Elliott and began pointing at her breasts. That’s when the Dallas running back figured it was the perfect time to pull down her shirt and expose her breasts.
Elliott’s rep spoke to TMZ and said thatthe woman wasn’t upset about the incident.

We spoke with Elliott’s rep who told us the woman wasn’t upset … and actually hung out with Zeke and a group of friends after the parade ended.
This is obviously not a good look for Elliott who is currently being investigated by the NFL over a domestic dispute that occurred last year.
