Let me preface this by saying, I HATE CLOWNS. I can’t comprehend a lot of things, but I especially can’t comprehend how anyone looks at a clown and thinks anything other than, “There is a murderer under all that makeup, I’m sure of it.” I don’t know what drove my fear/hatred, but I’m quite certain that if my future son or daughter ever asked for a clown at their birthday party, I would disown them on the spot. “Get out of my house, kid. Good luck living on the streets, CLOWN LOVER.”
When I see this clown, who is named “Gags the Green Bay Clown,” freaking out the city of Green Bay, I can’t help but think of how I would react if I saw him coming at me on a sidewalk. The answer is obvious. I would sprint the other way, leaving loved ones in my fucking dust. And I bet that is what the good folks of Green Bay are doing with every horrifying encounter. And they are forced to do that, because the Green Bay Police Department claims that their hands are tied. Some “clowns are people too” bullshit. Although police have received a “few” calls about the clown (I’m shocked the entire population of Green Bay hasn’t called them) they can’t do anything about Gags because he’s not doing anything illegal.

“A person can walk down the sidewalk dressed however they want as long as they’re in a place they legally can be, and they’re not in a place that has a closing time, like a park,” said Captain Kevin Warych with the Green Bay Police Department.
