Uruguay star Luis Suarez, who has a long and storied history of biting people on the pitch, just bit Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini.
Understandably irate, Chiellini pulled down his shirt to show the teeth marks to the referee. Even then, Suarez’s awful transgression went unpunished.
Seconds later, Uruguay scored a goal to take a 1-0 lead and put Italy on the brink of elimination.
You can’t make this stuff up.
