Jared Fogle Appealed To Get His 15-Year Sentence Reduced, Federal Judge Says No F’ing Way

This week in pedophile news, Jared Fogle was denied a shorter sentence for his heinous crimes against minors. I know, I know, you’re pretty broken up about this news.

Last month, Fogle’s defense attorney Ron Elberger pleaded with judges in Chicago for a lighter punishment for his client. A three-judge panel heard arguments in U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Last year, Fogle was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession or distribution of child pornography and traveling across state lines to have commercial sex with a minor.

Fogle’s attorney argued that fantasizing about a minor is not a crime. “It was all talk and no substance because with regard to those conversations; there was ultimately chargeable criminal conduct,” Elberger said.

The lawyer must have forgotten about his client admitting that he had sex with two teen girls. The lawyer also must have forgot about the several occasions that Jared went all Ser Meryn Trant and asked prostitutes to get him underage girls. The lawyer also must have forgot about the time Fogle looked at pics of children, ages 9 to 16, who were secretly recorded changing clothes, showering and bathing. The lawyer should consider taking some Ginkgo biloba to enhance his memory.

The judges weren’t buying it. On Thursday, the U.S. district federal court upheld the 15-year prison sentence for Fogle.

“The district court also appropriate considered the perverse nature and circumstances of the offenses … alongside ample evidence that Fogle repeatedly sought out and traveled to have sex with minors,” 7th Circuit Court Judge Joel Flaum wrote.

Court records show that Fogle received child pornography.

Enjoy the next 15 years in prison Jared, just make sure you stay away from the wrong inmates and maybe lay off the jail chowder.
