Hawks’ Al Horford Ejected For Dropping People’s Elbow On Matthew Dellavedova

Right before halftime of game 3 of the Hawks-Cavs series, Hawks forward Al Horford was ejected for dropping an elbow on Cavs Matthew Dellavedova after Dellavedova fell close to Horford’s
ankles.

Horford’s elbow closely resembled The Rock’s signature move “The People’s Elbow”

TNT commentators believe that Horford was retaliating after Dellavedova dove at Kyle Korver’s ankles during game 2 which lead to Korver injury.

In Dellavedova’s defense it looked like he was hustling on both plays and didn’t mean any harm.
