The latest update on Ric Flair’s health did not sound promising. Five days after being admitted to an Atlanta-area hospital, the WWE legend is still in critical condition. Flair’s fiancée, Wendy Barlow, provided more details of the Nature Boy’s health and stated he has “multiple organ problems.” “Just want to give an update to my friends and Family as I have been unable to talk on the phone without crying and just feel shocked over events…,” Barlow posted on her Facebook page. “I took Ric to the hospital Friday night with severe abdominal pain. From that moment on it all seems like a nightmare… Multiple organ problems. I have been by his side since Friday and will continue to make sure he is getting the best care possible,” Barlow wrote. “I want everyone to know he still needs prayers. Thanks for all of the support and love.”
Flair underwent surgery on Monday afternoon after being placed in a medically induced coma earlier that day. On Tuesday, there were reports that Flair had undergone colon surgery but Barlow denied that story and said it was “another surgery.” Barlow has been engaged to the 68-year-old WWE Hall-of-Famer for more than a year.
