This video is allegedly of Amanda Bynes walking down Eighth Avenue in New York, twitching and doing a little jig as she made her way to wherever the hell it is she goes. We never get a good look at her face, but the wig looks familiar, the clothes appear to be what she had on in court, and there is a tattoo on her arm similar to the one Amanda has. So is it really her? Maybe it’s the same person who was spazzing out at the gym, which also looked like her. Amanda is quite the sneaky gal with her wigs and all. And if it is her, is she still “acting?” The person who took the video says it’s Amanda Bynes so I guess that’s good enough for me. (By the way, turn your camera sideways next time!)
