Former Entourage star Adrian Grenier, who was noticeably absent from the Devil Wears Prada 2 trailer, opened up his gates and showed off the farm in Austin where he’s been living. Grenier took to living off the grid years ago and the life has evidently suited him great.
Back in 2021, Adrian Grenier said he’d purchased the Austin farm five years prior. He was way ahead of the curve on celebrities flocking to Austin from Los Angeles in 2020/21 but he also lives on the outskirts of Austin and not in the thick of things.
Adrian Grenier Living On A Farm Off The Grid
It has been a minute since I last thought about Adrian Grenier. I’m almost ashamed to admit how long it’s been since I’ve gone back and rewatched old Entourage episodes (I’ll be doing that this weekend).
But I remember years ago when my BroBible colleague Brandon interviewed Adrian and around that time I had just watched Shot in the Dark, his documentary where he goes on a quest to meet his birth father, and from those two interactions I got the sense that the actor who was born in New Mexico wasn’t cut out for life in Los Angeles forever.
The actor/husband/father opened up his farm to Ted Zhar, the popular TikTok creator who does the ‘what do you do for a living?’ videos. While they’re 100% staged, every single one of them, they are still entertaining. And here we get to see what Adrian Grenier’s been up to.

The timing of this is interesting with the trailer for Devil Wears Prada 2 dropping recently. Many people wondered why he wouldn’t appear in the sequel to the film that was one of his big breaks as an actor.
The general consensus is that he left Hollywood to go be a father and live life in Austin away from the hubbub of Tinsel Town. He also has a venture capital firm that he founded, presumably seeded off his earnings as an actor, but it is hard to imagine that life being any less stressful than acting.
