Former NFL running back Adrian Peterson is set to put on his dancing shoes and compete in the upcoming season of ‘Dancing With The Stars.’
The 38-year-old, who hasn’t played in the NFL since the 2021 season, will be joining a star-studded lineup of 13 other contestants in the popular dance competition.
While Peterson’s prowess on the football field is well-documented, his dancing abilities remain a mystery. However, his inclusion in the show suggests he might have some hidden talents when it comes to cutting a rug.
Peterson is no stranger to delivering memorable performances, having earned accolades such as the MVP award during his standout 2012 season and Rookie of the Year honors in 2007.
Although Peterson hasn’t played in the NFL since the 2021 season, Peterson has been active. He recently had a celebrity boxing match with former Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell, losing in a knockout.
Peterson, a four time All-Pro selections, rushed for 14,918 and 120 touchdowns during his career. His season high was 2,097 yards in that MVP season in 2012.
