Did you not get that sweet ninja job being offered over in China? Still looking for a solid employment opportunity? Want to work from your home? If so, the folks over at online shopping juggernaut Amazon would like to hear from you as they currently are looking to fill 254 “virtual” jobs.

No, the jobs aren’t make-believe. When I say “virtual” I mean work-from-home jobs. So why didn’t I just say work-from-home jobs? It’s not as hip as calling them “virtual,” duh.

Anyway, Amazon, as of my writing this, has 252 full-time virtual job openings and two part-time opportunities available on their website.

And they are looking for all sorts of talent from a wide variety of fields including marketing, employee relations, logistics, human resources, sales, software development, and digital content development.

Here are some examples of the jobs Amazon is trying to fill…

Senior Solutions Architect – As a Solutions Architect within AWS, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build broad use of Amazon’s utility computing web services (e.g., Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, and Amazon CloudFront) directly with our ecosystem of systems integrators, consulting and technology partners.

Sales Representative, Operations and Logistics – The ideal candidate will be excited by partnering in launching a new start-up and will have familiarity with leading B2B sales generation working with both small and large customers.

Market Manager – Devices – Market Managers ensure the Amazon in-store experience and merchandising is properly implemented across retailers.

Technical Sales Representative – Healthcare – Your responsibilities will include finding opportunities to help customers improve how IT delivers business value, driving new revenue, and helping customers adopt AWS.

Global Retail Practice Manager – At AWS, we’re hiring executive advisors and highly technical architects to help AWS partners develop technical expertise and capacity.

Partner Development Manager – Caribbean – Your responsibilities will include driving executive and field relationships with leading professional services firms.

Partner Strategy Consultant – AWS consultants collaborate with customers and partners to address security and compliance, performance and scale, availability and manageability, as well as compute intensive big data analytics.

Network Operations Manager – As a Network Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 Network Engineers. In addition, you will be responsible for end-to-end problem management for our network infrastructure to include coordinating with other engineering and support organizations, and vendors to drive solutions.

Bonus: Amazon’s virtual employees also get full-time employee benefits which include perks like health, medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, maternity and parental leave, and most important, employee discount on Amazon products.

Whoops. I just hit refresh and now it’s down to 253 jobs (251 full-time). Better hurry.
