Annie Agar has been getting hammered by fans in recent days, fans who are leaving comments accusing her of taking Ozempic. This comes after the popular social media personality and NFL content creator has underwent a body transformation and lost a considerable amount of weight.

She took to her personal Instagram with a candid video addressing the comments from fans. Her message is clear: ‘words do hurt’ and she does read the comments.

Annie Agar Responds To Fans Accusing Her Of Taking Ozempic

Let me start by saying that if Annie Agar were taking Ozempic there would be absolutely nothing wrong with that. There are a million and one reasons to take a GLP-1 and if she had her own reasons then more power to her.

Alas, she is not taking Ozempic. Annie Agar made it clear she has learned the ‘calories in, calories out’ formula and lost weight the old fashioned way. And as someone who lost nearly 50 pounds last year and has faced Ozempic allegations myself, I can say that it is quite disheartening when people accuse my constantly of doing something I didn’t even if I have zero issues/opinions on them taking it. I used MacroFactor and exercise. That’s it.

Anyway, in her latest Instagram video, Annie Agar sent a lengthy message to her fans. She started by saying she wasn’t going to acknowledge the comments at all but it had gotten out of hand so she is.

Annie Agar:Okay I wasn’t even going to address this because I don’t know if it’s worth the time, (but) the comments have gotten a little out of control. I am fine. I don’t let comments bother me. I have a great support system, and great roots, and good faith. However, I feel like we’re losing the plot a little bit here. I just want to make sure you guys are good because I don’t want it to distract from my content.

Annie Agar:There’s been a lot of comments about Ozempic. First of all, I am not on Ozempic. Kids don’t take Ozempic. The funny thing is I’m the biggest hypochondriac, it’s kind of an inside joke with my family. I don’t even take Tylenol, guys, because the side effects freak me out. So… The side effects of Ozemic would put me in therapy, okay.

Annie Agar:I’ve learned recently and I think we get this with social media because we have access to so much, we can learn so much… I’ve learned ‘calories in, calories out.’ It’s all math. Losing weight is all math. I cut our refined sugar and alcohol. I do drink maybe once a week, sometimes. If there’s a country concert, a little bit more. It depends on the week. But I cut out all refined sugar. I don’t eat an sugar, and I don’t drink, and I just eat whole foods. And I incline walk. It’s changed my life.

Annie Agar:So, I appreciate the comments if it comes from a good place, if it’s a place of concern. Sometimes I feel like it might just be ragebait. And I have Hardee’s… Y’all need Jesus to listen to on bad days because words do hurt, I’ve been known to have a bad day or two with comments.

Annie Agar:So, just know that I see them and I just don’t want them to be a distraction for you guys because I love letting you into this side of my life where you see different things that I do, or with my family. I thought you guys kind of wanted to see that in the off-season maybe, like what else goes on in my life other than football. But if it’s gotten to the point where it’s a distraction or it’s not the content you guys want, just let me know and I’ll adjust. I do love sharing it with you guys but I just want it be what you guys want it to be.

The allegations seem to have picked up steam in recent days after she posted photos showing noticeable weight loss, from proper dieting and eating whole foods. Posts such as this one:

And this one:

Let this serve as a reminder that weight loss in 2026 does not automatically mean that someone is taking a GLP-1 such as Ozempic.
