Bruce Willis was in attendance at his daughter Tallulah’s wedding over the weekend, marking a rare public appearance for the former leading man. Willis has largely remained out of the public eye since being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2023.

Bruce Willis’ daughter Tallulah got married to musician Justin Acee at the family’s home in Sun Valley, Idaho, on August 8. A black-and-white photo that has gone viral on social media showed Willis hugging Tallulah and holding hands with Acee.

Willis, 71 years old, has largely remained out of the public eye since being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2023, following an earlier aphasia diagnosis in 2022 that first prompted his retirement from acting. Frontotemporal dementia is a progressive neurological condition that affects personality, behavior, and language.

Prior to his retirement, Willis appeared in a litany of direct-to-video films, with reports indicating that his handlers were mistreating him and trying to earn as much money off him as possible while they still could.

Tallulah is the youngest daughter of Willis and his ex-wife Demi Moore, with whom he has maintained a close relationship since their 1998 divorce and has been among the most visible members of his support network throughout his illness. Their other daughters, Rumer and Scout, were also in attendance.

In addition to the iconic Die Hard franchise, Willis was best known for his work in films such as Pulp Fiction, 12 Monkeys, The Fifth Element, Armageddon, The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, The Whole Nine Yards, Moonrise Kingdom, and Looper.
