Hash browns, the cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast. Who doesn’t love all that crispy, greasy, carbohydratey goodness of a hash brown. Well, definitely not this fella. A man in Australia ordered 200 hash browns from McDonald’s in the wee hours of the morning. The aggressive order plus his extra behavior tipped off McDonald’s employees, which eventually led to the arrest of the potato-loving gentleman.

The individual in question ordered chicken McNuggets from a McDonald’s in Australia at 4:50 am, but the fast food restuarant was not serving nuggs just yet. The lack of nuggs angered the man, as it would with anyone. Did the gentleman reasonably order a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle like a logical human being? Nope. The 30-year-old man displayed his displeasure by driving around the drive-thru four times. Then he ordered 200 hash browns. The total for the hash brown fiesta was $230. McDonald’s employees then called the police on the man for ordering 200 hash browns.

While the man was waiting for his hash browns, cops arrived. The man blew a blood alcohol content of 0.175 percent, which is more than triple the legal limit in Sydney. He was arrested and had his driver’s license suspended. The moral of the story is know the fucking hours of the McDonald’s menu and don’t expect to get chicken nuggs at 4:50 in the morning.
