The Florida Highway Patrol is showing off a new car added to their fleet of vehicles. On Tuesday, the FHP revealed that they had added a 2023 Corvette Stingray that will be used on the road to support their mission of keeping Florida’s roadways and highways safe.”

“This beauty’s been through some rough camera angles recently. Finally, some shots worthy of the introduction. This one and only 2023 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray, will be utilized to support the Florida Highway Patrol’s mission of keeping our roadways and highways safe, and will be often seen at various educational outreach events.’

The FHP made sure to state that they didn’t purchase the vehicles with state funds, but that the DEA seized them in a drug sting operation.

“The Corvette was seized by the Florida Highway Patrol, in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force, it was not purchased with state funds.”

The FHP released a video of their new car.
