During the broadcast, a random Florida man walked past Ray and yelled out “it’s a bit windy” before headed on his way.
Fox weather reporter Robert Ray live dramatically bracing from the wind, he had just come out of a leaning squat and random person nonchalantly walks by and says it’s a bit windy 🤣. I feel like I just came from a Shakespeare play! https://t.co/9jbrUJbyGn
