Forrest Galante is a fucking wild man. Galante, who is a host on Discovery and Animal Planet, has become a friend of mine after his appearances on The Brilliantly Dumb Show. His passion for animals and wildlife pairs perfectly with the fact that he simply has no fear of animals whatsoever, no matter how big or vicious. It’s safe to say that Galante has seen a whole lot growing up in Zimbabwe. He’s also been in two plane crashes, has been bitten by two different sharks, and even done things such as wrestle an anaconda.

This is why I have very little doubt that his shark week episode “Extinct or Alive: Land of The Lost Sharks” airing on Tuesday at 8 PM EST is going to absolutely slap. Galante will dive into some of the most treacherous, shark-infested waters in the southern hemisphere all in an attempt to rediscover three unique sharks lost to science for as long as 100 years.

Many recognize Galante from his two appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience, or hopefully from our tour of his Santa Barbara home. It was a day that I will definitely not forget as I have never seen so many animals live in one person’s home. He has surrounded himself both on and off the camera with animals and wildlife throughout his entire career. The energy and desire to fire out good content from this guy is off the charts and I highly doubt he disappoints us tomorrow.
