A woman has gone viral after flying from Atlanta to Jacksonville via Frontier. However, after her experience, she has vowed to never fly Frontier again.
Frontier has garnered quite the reputation on TikTok. As previously reported by BroBible, the budget airline has gone viral before. One Frontier flight involved a flight attendant encouraging passengers to snitch on each other, while another flight removed multiple people, telling them they missed their flight.
In the video, which has garnered 1.7 million views, Kenzie (@morbuckzz) began by saying, “They don’t give a f— about you.”
She also said that “they just want your money.”
What Happened On This Frontier Flight?
For the Atlanta to Jacksonville flight (she initially wanted to go from New York to Jacksonville), she headed for the gate, which was right at the back of the airport. There was a long line. During security, the TSA worker was trying to take her hair gel out of her bag, but when she went from New York to Atlanta, security didn’t scrutinize that much.
When she was finally done, Kenzie ran to the gate, but there were no seats. She was out of breath, had no inhaler, and was experiencing back pain. Then the first red flag happened: she heard from the intercom that the gate was changing from a gate in E to a gate in T, which was on the other side of the airport.
After 2o minutes, she finally reached gate T, but there was nobody there. By this point, it was 4pm. The plane was meant to board at 3:33pm. Someone came out saying they would start to board, but this didn’t happen for another hour.
Eventually, everyone got on the plane.
Then, 45 min passed, and they were still sitting. The captain said over the intercom that they were searching for lost bags.
Another 45 minutes passed. Another intercom announcement came, this time saying the brakes were stuck.
Kenzie described how she looked out the window to see them fixing the brakes. She sees them pull out a leaflet to work out how to do it.
The Plane Gets Foggy
At this point, she is starting to rethink the flight.
Kenzie says that there were more-than-average levels of fog and condensation on the plane. She saw the extent of the fog by looking through the aisle. The TikToker then shared footage of the aisle, which was filled with fog. Still, she remarks how everyone is mostly acting normally. However, one person across from her appears worried, as does a woman she assumes to be his sister.
The fog continued until takeoff, which happened 45 minutes after that. Meanwhile, Kenzie says she is sitting in her seat trying to contain an anxiety attack. She notes how a pregnant woman alone with a son in front of her pressed the flight attendant assistance button. In response, the intercom said that if it’s an emergency, press 1, and that if it’s a real emergency, press 2. Seemingly, the woman was scared to press the button.
Kenzie noted that she didn’t press it again. This prompted her to ask the woman if she needed help. The woman said she did, but didn’t understand what the flight attendant was saying. So, the TikTok explains that she should press the button once if it’s an emergency, and twice if it’s a real emergency. When she didn’t know which one to pick, Kenzie suggested she press it once.
Once she does this, the intercom asks if it’s really an emergency. In response, the woman screams to forget it.
It Gets Worse
Then the flight attendant comes out of the mist, and the man sitting next to the TikToker says the woman in front of him is pregnant and needs help. The woman wants water, but when the flight attendant says she will need to wait until they’re in the air, she becomes hysterical. The TikToker expresses concern she will stress herself into labor, so the flight attendant goes to get her water.
For Kenzie, things then go from bad to worse. The person next to her opens a “funky a–” Subway sandwich. There’s lots of empty seats on the flight, but nobody is allowed to move unless they pay more. She said her feet were “torn up” and hurting, and she just wanted to get home. Finally, after all that waiting, they’re up in the air. Kenzie decides to open the menu and get some shots to calm her nerves. Then, the intercom announces that there are no services on this flight.

People Avoid Frontier
Commenters were mixed. “Flew Frontier and was running over potholes in the sky,” one wrote. “Never again.”
“Never seen plane fog a day in my life,” a second added. “I’m flown at least 30 flights.”
A third concurred, “What??? I’ve never seen a plane fog up like that.”
While a fourth said, “When I seen that fog I literally gasped.”
And a fifth quipped, “Girl y’all was bouta descend into heaven with that fog.”

Why Do Planes Get Foggy Inside?
While fogginess on planes might be alarming, there’s actually a simple explanation. It’s condensation, which occurs when humid, warm air from the outside meets the ultra-airconditioned air from the inside of the plane.
“On hot and relatively humid days, cold air from the aircraft’s air conditioning system mixes with the warmer, humid cabin air and lowers it to the dew point, creating fog,” a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) spokesperson told CNN. “The fog is generally short-lived as the cooled air quickly warms above the dew point.”
Before the plane takes off, it is kept cool “either from an external ground air conditioning unit or the aircraft’s own Auxiliary Power Unit (APU),” the spokesperson adds. “Both provide cold air (usually much cooler than the ambient temperature) which can temporarily lower the dew point of the aircraft cabin air enough to create fog.”
