UFO whistleblower, former U.S. intelligence officer David Grusch, claims he has had secret talks with “Wall Street bigwigs” and the CIA in Manhattan.

Grusch, a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), has been the center of attention in the world of UFOs since this past June when he claimed the United States has retrieved and studied UFOs of non-human origin as well as alien bodies.

It was those revelations and more that led to David Grusch being called to give testimony before the House Oversight Committee in July.

It was there that he also claimed there are secret black programs inside the United States government which conducted unsanctioned technological research related to UFOs.

He added that these programs are funded by U.S. corporations overcharging the government, then those funds being diverted to the black programs without the knowledge of Congress.

Grush also testified that he is aware of “multiple colleagues” who were physically injured by UFOs.

Now, DailyMail.com reports David Grusch has claimed that he has knowledge of a Tardis-like craft in U.S. government possession – information he shared with the FBI, CIA, Department of Homeland Security, tech entrepreneurs and Wall Street “bigwigs” during a secret meeting in New York City.

DailyMail.com also claims to have verified that the meeting, hosted by Coinbase advisor John D’Agostino and attorney John J. Altorelli, did take place.

According to an person present at the event attended by 60 people, Grusch discussed a 40-foot UAP that “was the size of a football field” once you stepped inside.

This same craft, Grusch claimed, put out enough energy to power 70,000 homes a year.

Back in June, attorney Daniel Sheehan, who is currently involved with bringing UFO whistleblowers to Congress made a similar claim.

Sheehan reported that one whistleblower he is working with told him about a crashed UFO recovered by the U.S. military that “distorted space-time.”

“It was the size of a football stadium, while the outside was only about 30 feet in diameter,” Sheehan claimed.

He also added that the man “staggered back out after being in there a couple of minutes, and outside it was four hours later. There was all kinds of time distortion and space distortion.”

David Grusch recently spoke with investigative documentary filmmaker Jeremy Corbell about the pushback he has received to the allegations he made before Congress on TMZ Presents: UFO Revolution.
